During our recent stay at The Residence Hotel & Cottages, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings and serene atmosphere. The hotel's interior is simply stunning, and the garden with its towering trees adds a touch of tranquility. The staff members we encountered were incredibly sweet and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The rooms were not only comfortable but also fully equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel also offers various amenities such as a swimming pool, billiards, and a vintage restaurant, providing plenty of options for relaxation and entertainment. The breakfast served at the hotel was varied and very tasty, providing a great start to our days. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the establishment was impeccable. Additionally, there were a few shops conveniently located nearby, making it easy to find any necessities we may have needed. Although we visited in December, we could imagine how lovely it would be to relax on the terrace during the summer months. our experience at The Residence Hotel & Cottages was wonderful, and we would highly recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was simply perfect, nestled in the middle of nature and close to all the amazing hiking trails. I was able to explore the mini tubes, visit a monastery, and indulge in the beauty of Kojori. The service here was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and even a shuttle service provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful gardens, a refreshing swimming pool, and plenty of resting places to unwind. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The comfort of the bed, the quality of the breakfast, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Amazing interior, wonderful garden with large trees, lovely and caring staff, interesting spaces like swimming pool and vintage restaurant, comfortable and fully equipped rooms.

For Christmas, we stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was great, and the pool was refreshing and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the scenic hiking trails nearby.

There were some negative aspects of the stay. the hot water in the shower was out for over 10 hours, and the walls were thin, causing noise disruptions from other guests.

The hotel had a stunning location with a beautiful garden, huge trees, and fresh air. the staff was courteous and caring, offering wonderful service. Guests could enjoy a billiards room, vintage restaurant, bars, and plenty of resting places. the rooms were comfortable, fully equipped, and had an amazing interior with a breathtaking view from the terrace.

The hotel could use some improvement in managing noise level disturbances, especially during late night hours.

We spent our Easter holidays in a property that offered beautiful hiking trails and great views of the surroundings. The hotel provided clear indications of five different hiking routes that guests can enjoy. The location of the property was ideal, as we were only a short walk away from a stunning monastery and a large city park with a playground. the quiet atmosphere of the hotel provided us with a great opportunity to relax and unwind.

Some aspects of our stay were not satisfactory. The room we booked was advertised with several amenities, which were not present in reality.
